Finished up the roast in two quesadillas. Thawed one pound of frozen cooked shrimp for shrimp cocktail. Instead of buying cocktail sauce, I bought refrigerated jar prepared horseradish, and mixed one tbsp of it with three tbsp ketchup. Kinda hot

Late dinner was broiled Johnsonville brats with leftover white rice...

Local big box store had chicken leg quarters for 97¢/lb so I cut those up into legs and thighs, and seasoned with seasoned salt. Baked those, and some little red potatoes. Cheap dinner

Tonight I am making chicken enchiladas I think. Got a bunch of cooked chicken I need to use up, and I haven’t had enchiladas in forever

Coldest day of the year. Was a perfect day to use the crock pot.

Made my Chunky Garden Italian Sausage red sauce served over Spaghetti noodles.

Portabellas, 3 color pepper strips, chopped onions, Hot ground sausage, & sliced hot sausage links.

Parm & Ramano cheese blend, olive oil, & brown sugar.

Stewed & diced tomato, mixed in with puree & paste.

Garlic, Italian seasoning mix, & parsley generously added.

All mixed & Slow cooked for 8 hours. Gratuitously poured over a heap of noodles.

Served with hot garlic bread, and a big napkin. :D

If you don't make cheeseburger mac with leftover sloppy joe meat are you even living?

Leftover manwhich, kraft deluxe mac and cheese, parsley, paprika, salt, pepper, milk, and mexican shredded cheese.

Corned beef, cabbage, and mixed veggies. Couldn't wait until Saint Patrick's day. Lol

In the Slow cooker since early this morning. Trying out an orange juice mix broth.
