What's going on here?

I was on autotrader helping a friend purchase a used car and accidentally sorted vehicles by highest mileage, and noticed a 2011 Explorer Limited with over 800k miles on it. The page for the car also has a picture of the odometer which reads over 800k miles.

With that being said, what do you guys think is going on? Did this Explorer really make it to 800k or is it just some kind of bizarre bug?

Link worked for me. Picture looks like it’s 83,659.7 miles. Someone added an extra 0 in the ad.
