the piece of felt type cloth in the front wheel wells that is held on by some plastic push pins and covers the shock area? mine are ripped and once side is completely missing. i would like to buy 2 more b/c i would like that shock area covered.

i remember someone sayoing just to go buy more pushpins and buy some felt or a pond liner at lowes or something and make my own, but i really don't have the time and it would never get done.

so what do i ask for or order online when looking for these things? thanks.

I just call them wheel well liners. I am not sure of their proper name. If you ask for this, they should know what you are talking about.

as far as I can tell, you can only get it with the fender liner its self.
Accoring to my book the liner is less than 40 bucks each.

I got some pond liner and made new ones for my old explorer. Of course I had the old ones as a template. Worked well, actually better than the stockers.

you might have been the one that told me you made your own. but no, i don't have a template, mine are shot and i really don't know why they got like that. but i'm not spending $40 on a wheel liner kit when all i need is the felt part. might have to make my own .
