This is my first post so sorry if there is already info out there about my question. I have a 1998 ford explorer sport 2 Dr with rear wheel drive. It's time for new tires but I want new rims as well. I want an off road look with out having to do any lifting. I have 15 x 8 inch rims but I found a set of Pro Comp Alloys 7031 Flat Black that I really like that are 15 x 9. I'm not sure if these will work on my car without damaging my car. Will these work ? Or should I go with the 15x8 Mickey Thompson sidebiters? Also what kind of tires would be good and what size? I was thinking 30x950x15 to go the biggest and still be safe. I am open to any and all comments, thank you for you help.
