I'm going to get new tires this month, sticking with the size I'm at right now (33x12.50x15). I'm thinking of getting new wheels too and want to widen my stance (safely without spacers).
WHAT IS A GOOD RIM OFFSET TO ADD 2" OR SO TO MY STANCE AND IS IT SAFE FOR OFFROADING?

Actually, check Four Wheeler magazines website. They just ran an issue that touched on wheels and tires. Lots of good info in it...

Now where did I lay that issue?

Just went through this myself. I have 16 inch stock wheels and got tires to fit them. The best i could find in a 16" is 3.83 backspacing 4 or 4.5 is common. If you have 15s you want 3.5" backspace (easy to find in a 15). That will put you where you want to be
