Where Can I put my amp? Under Passenger seat seems too tight to allow seat to fold

Where Can I put my amp? Under Passenger seat seems too tight to allow the seat to fold down. I cant live without folding the seat. If someone has done this let me know how because thats where I would like to put it.
I also have dual power seats so under the front is out too. I really dont want to put in in the pasenger side rear panel either.

So I guess I'm left with mounting it to the sub box?

Any ideas are appreciated.

If you're amp isn't too big, try squeezing it in that little cargo area where the tire iron and jack are. Mine fit in there, and then i just ran the wires under the carpet to it. It took me like 15 minutes to get it all rigged up.
