Where does the code reader go (2007 Ford Explorer)

I have a 2007 Ford Explorer 4.6L V8 6 speed automatic transmission.. I've been trying to figure out where the code reader / code scanner goes on this truck.. I use to have a 2002 Ford Explorer and it was under the steering wheel column but this on my 2007 it's not in the same place.. if it even has a place .. where does it go?
