I think you are asking where is the "axle arm" pivot bolt.
If this is your question the axle pivot bracket is riveted or bolted to the frame crossmember up front and the axle arm has a single bolt that attaches it to the pivot bracket.
There are 2 axle pivot bolts. Each at the end of their respective beam. The photo I had uploaded shows the location on the beam (4x4). The 2 wheel drive is in the same location (but the beam is different). Do you have 2 or 4 wheel drive?
In the photo below the axle pivot Red Circle would be sandwiched between it's frame mounting brackets (Not shown). The axle pivot bolt goes through the frame bracket the Axle pivot (red circle) and though the frame bracket on the other side.
