Where to find replacement headlight dust/moisture caps?

I'm looking to purchase a couple of headlight dust/moisture caps. I believe the part # is 13N168 but can not find any online for less than $30 delivered. Most placed I find online to purchase these want to charge about $15 for shipping. I believe the dust/moisture caps usually go for around $12-$15. Are these something that's usually stocked at a dealership? I guess that might be wishful thinking...

I have a morimoto hid kit I'm dying to install but want to retain the factory dust/moisture caps incase I ever want to go back to halogen's.

Search eBay for sellers that specialize in headlights assemblies for the Explorer.

When I needed two replacement caps for a different vehicle I ended up contacting a seller to see if they had any of those caps just laying around.
They did not have the caps listed but a lot of times they have those parts leftover.
