So my belt started squealing after about 5k miles. I have a 200 amp alt. with an overdrive pulley (it came with it, all I know is its smaller in diameter). Wanting to try a smaller belt. From what I found at Napa.

Stock: 6K935 93.985 inch - 2387 mm
.4 in shorter 6K930 93.585 inch - 2377 mm
.9 in short 6K926 92.069 inch - 2364 mm

Guess its just a guess at which one I need, and if it doesn't work I'll try the next one, but which one would you guys try first?

I'll check when I get home. I actually didn't know what the marks meant until I started reading on here a few minutes ago lol

The pulley is there most likely because many 200 amp alternators preform poorly at an idle speed.

Yeah I only put it on there because mine went out and I found a deal on it. Overkill on my part really since I don't have any aftermarket parts beside a set of lights. I figured that was one of the ways they got it to make more juice.

My 5.0's, with stock 130 AMP alternators, all take a 6-rib 93.5" serpentine belt. If your 200 AMP alternator has a smaller pulley than your original stock alternator, you should probably get a belt that's a little bit shorter. Maybe a 93" or a 92.5"? (or try switching to the stock size pulley).
