so my cb radio is held in place more-or-less by velcro and i have no complaints about the velcro it is plenty strong but no matter which glue i try (spray adhesive, hot glue, sealant maker, super glue) it melts in the car on a hot day...anybody know of a stronger glue that would hold up? just as a sidenote the summer here is about 80-110 degrees outside the car probably anywhere from 95-120 inside after a few hours

Plastic on plastic?

^ That plasticweld epoxy is awesome and also works on damaged motorcyle fairings. It stays somewhat flexable when it sets up and wont crack.

where do I get that devcon stuff?

Hardware stores... maybe Wallymart, Kmart... maybe grocery stores...

There are other brands of "Plastic Welder" epoxies out there. All I have used were about the same, with the only difference being the color after it dries.
