tell you what are sweet mowers, Kubota's. I know a guy who has one, 4-wheel drive, lawn sized too. Another friend of mine used to ride wheelies on his rear engine riding mower, that was fun:D

Yes. At least I've never seen a riding mower without one. Even my self-propelled walk-behind mower has one. (And yes, I have wheeled my walk-behind, mostly in mud and deep water. I would definitely not reccomend it unless you can disable the blade. You can really screw stuff up running a spinning blade into mud and water).
