Who makes this 2008 Sport trac Brush Guard

Does anyone know who makes this brush guard, or one like it

Never seen one reach that high before. I have a westin rodeo bar that is made of tube as well, but a foot shorter.

Looks like the plate is Hawaiian. They have some really talented welders and pipe benders there.
