Who's Black Mounty with dual exhaust?

I was going through my photos and found this one of a Black Mountaineer with dual exhaust. Anyone know who's truck this is and if there anymore photos out there of it. Trying to decide on what sort of pipes and placement.

It sounded real good, ran good, but being so heavy it wasn't real fast. high 14's 1/4

The X cam seems to work well with 347's. Had a Scat 347, X-Cam, Holley Systemax Heads and Intake, 1 5/8" Long Tubes in my last mustang and it was VERY snappy, lots of torque. I like to believe the 17 degree heads with 1.90's and the pistons flipped (poor mans flat tops) helped some.

I can imagine the TMH's choking off 20-30hp in the 4,000-6,000rpm range on a cammed 347 with aluminum heads.


BTW, nice stance on that rig! 1" lower? I'd like to lower the Cent for looks but I like the utility of being able to drive over curbs, speed bumps, sharp angled driveways and putt down logging roads without concern of clearance. I reason I may as well soup up a 5.0L Econoline if can't take the explorer off road.
