Will -.027 toe, driver's rear tire, cause car to wander?

All specs for front tires are in green on alignment printout. Passenger side rear tire has around .05 positive toe.

Vehicle always in the hunt. Subtle but like being blown by wind. Feels like emanates from rear end. Would the -.27 toe (which is toe out) cause this wandering?

Try lifting up the vehicle and spin the wheel by hand; too if the wheel spin true.
