Will 05+ seats fit 01 sport trac?

Hi Guys! New the the forum and to the sport trac.

I have a 2001 Sport Trac, and I'm wondering if the 05+ seats will bolt in (with rails of course).

Has anyone tried this?

Welcome! The 2005 will. 2007-up I cannot say.

Theres a couple threads on here about guys swapping 3rd gen Explorer seats into their 2nd gen which would be the same as what you're asking. However, I think they might've had to drill an extra hole in the seat frame or something like that to make them fit.

Others have swapped seats from Mustangs into them too, but the frame makes them sit lower.
