Will these Jeep wheels fit my sport?

Will these Jeep wheels fit on my 02' Explorer Sport? The bolt patter is the same but does that mean that they will fit? not sure what the offset is on these?

I have been thinking about the same rims. I found out that they have 5" back spacing.

Someone has them on their SportTrac, so they should be fine.
