I'm looking at the 295/70R18 for a 2004 F150 4x4 Lariat. It has no lift of any kind and currently has 275 Goodyear MTRs.

I have 285/70/17's on my f150 4x2, and it only has FX4 spring and shocks up front to level it off.
So with a 4x4, I would say yes those should work.
