Window popping when rolling down

I apologize for this dumb question. When rolling down my windows it sounds as though they are popping. As if they have somehow stuck to the rubber around them when rolled up. Is there a method to lubricating the rubber to lessen this popping effect?

I don't think this particular issue has been posted before. I believe the best thing to use on the rubber seals is silicone. I'm sure I'll be corrected if I'm wrong.
