window; slow to rise and fall

I have read some of the threads. I had to replace a rear Regulator with a broken cable. nothing to do with the 3 balls that are in the motor housing. Would these balls have that labored, slow affect on a window?

I hope you get someone who knows how to fix your problem to reply because I have the same issue with my rear windows. Slow and squeeky.
