Windshield Washer Fluid Container

Does that windshield washer fluid container have a drain/purge because I'd like to flush out the container it looks a bit funky in there.

Yes, the 5.0L and 4.0L will be different but the spot where the washer motor plugs into can be used as a drain. Remove the washer fluid tank from the vehicle and you can flush out that hole. On the 5.0L the washer motor itself actually plugs into the side of the tank, and is sealed by o-rings. Also, the coolant reservoir is attached to it so make sure that's empty before removing the tanks.
