Windshield Wiper Arm Replacement

My windshield wipers are faded on my 97 xlt. The dealer said that new arms on the windshield wipers are only 15 bucks. The dealer said they could put them on buy i'd have to pay for labor (60 $/ hour). Is this something that is easy enough for me to do or should i leave it to the dealer? If so, does anyone now how to take off the arm and out on a new one? Thanks. --Matt--

I repainted mine. Removed them (turn the little switch-lever by the base, pull out), sanded with 200 grit paper, put 5 coats of flat black on, then 3 coats of clear coat and they were good to go. In the end, only spent about $3.00 for the paint since we had the sand paper and black paint (needed clear paint).
