Does anyone know where the drain for the wiper cowl air inlet exits under the vehicle?

I've had problems with mice getting into the truck (it lives outside in a rural area) and it seems to be when the vent flapper is in the "vent" position and not "off" which closes the flapper up against the inlet from the cowl area.

I'm suspicious that the critters are getting in through the drain. When I had to take the blower and heater box off to replace the heater core, there was LOTS of nest debris in the cowl area around the base of the raised oval air inlet.

Thanks for helping in my war against the rodents.
