I have a 1999 XLT and I am having a problem with the front wipers, especially the passenger side, not having enough pressure. Replaced blades with winter ones and still wont move all the water when raining, there is a missed area in the center of the windshield. Also, the rear wiper catches on the rear window whenever I turn it on...very frustrating to have to get out every time and lift the arm/blade onto the window. Any help would be appreiciated. Thanks.

If you dont use your rear window much pop out the arm and have it sit on the window. There is a thread about changing out the rear arm with a new Motocraft one, this did not help me. For the front wipers maybe you need new arms with tighter springs.
