Wiper question

Just got my 99 Explorer and going over the basics. Found out the front and rear wipers don't work... I don't have the manual and can't seem to find if these work off a fuse or a relay or what the problem might be. can someone please point me in the right direction? thanks in advance

Have you checked for 12v power at the motor(s)?

haven't even checked anything... figured check the fuses first but i don't even know where to start lol no owners manual but i will check into that... thanks and keep it comin

Then I would start by getting an owner's manual.... www.motorcraft.com has them available for free.... It'll open as a PDF file that you can simply save as a PDF file for future reference.

Start with the fuses. We can go from there.
