I was giving my truck a mudbath and came out of the woods, Driving down the road my CEL came on, I pulled over, Opened the hood and saw an arch coming from the middle spark plug wire in the back of the dist. What would cause this? How would i fix this, i noticed a hesitation but when the engine was cleaned from the water, it was fine.......

I would say a bad or loose spark plug wire?

Bad or degraded plug wire insulation will cause arcing. The degradation can be caused by age, humidity level and oil-vapor saturating the insulation. There may be a high metallic mineral content in the mud you were playing in, that when combined with the extra moisture and the plug-wire's degraded insulation caused the arcing you experienced.
