Wire Mesh Grille

Hey guys, I'm looking for a wire mesh material to make a grille like this:

Pretty sweet eh? Anyways, I looked all over lowes and couldn't really find anything. Should I try Home Depot and where would the **** be? Oh yeah, any problems with rusting or does the mesh stay pretty nice?

I got mine from Home Depot. They're basically gutter guards.

Just ask someone for "Expanded aluminum" That's what it's "officialy" is called.

Look in the Siding section of a hardware store, it's used for Stucco and plaster.

Because it's aluminum it will not rust, but it will tarnish a little, it just loses it's shine. But if you clear coat it before you attach it, that should help keep it shiny looking longer.
