Hey Guys (& Gals),
I was wanting to make my '98 a little "tougher" looking & was wanting to replace the factory running boards w/tube types. Are there any mounting holes in the body like on the Eddie Bauer mdls? And if this has been "talked" about before where can I find the thread?
Thanks!

Virg

Yes there are holes in the body if you remove them. Do a search for Running boards or Running board removal or something along whose lines. You should come up with lots of information.

if you remove the running boards, you will need to replace them with rocker panels and then put your nerf bars on. sometimes you can get the rockers on ebay, but your best bet is to find them at a local junker. good luck;)
