lol man, ya we bug my friend about the same thing. I do lighting for live bands/school events, so ya i know what your doing! I never did get into sound too much, but its community hours, lighting got my attention. Sucks how im usually told im runnin lights for something about a one day to a week before it happens. Hell i may be running lights for some play tomorrow (has music) and if so, im probably gonna be told at lunch, play starts right after.

hehe

Yeah, ummm, not to get the thread back on topic or anything, but...

My parents bought the Ex when I was 9 years and 4 months. I started driving it when I was 14 and 8 months. I got my learner's permit at 15, and then the Ex became mine at 15 and 2 months. Got my license at 16, and have been driving it fulltime ever since :D

im 16 turn 17 in aug-11-03:D

if you wanna talk about spoiled... a guy that I used to go to school with had a canary yellow Hummer. He ended up rolling the thing, then his parents bought him some rice car. He wrecked that, and then they bought him another one

I'm really happy to see these youngins actually bought the vehicles and mods themselves... that means they already know the value of the dollar, and are willing to work for what they want. Big kudos to you! :chug:

for what it's worth.. I'm 21, and on my 3rd vehicle.. bought 'em all myself.
Back when I was 17 I got a 1990 4-door Cavalier.. it got wrecked like 4 months after I got it. Then came my Bronco2, which is getting an SAS, and last Sept. I bought my 97 5.0 Ex.
Just wish truck payments didn't suck so much! haha

I got mine when I was 15, now I'm 18 and I love it to death, my friends just don't get why I love my Ex soo much. I had to stare at it for like 3 years before I got it.

ya ive been staring at this one for a long time, no one at all knows why i like it so damn much, i mean theres other things i like more (Agirl) but the truck still catches my attention.

LOL. That's kind of funny. I got my first car when I was 17. It was a 2 door 1990 Cavalier. However I drove mine for 4 years before I sold it to buy my X. And I know what you mean about truck payments. I actually paid my first car off in the first year I had it, so I had no payments at all for 3 years, then I get a big one.

I am 18 now, I got my Explorer when I was 14 and was driving it then. I love it, won't ever get rid of it.

Sorry, If I knew how to post pics, I'd do it.
 :frustrate

so what music do y'all play in your X's

cypress hill (stuff like that), country comedy stuff, rock, hell almost anything..

I got lucky with my Cavalier.. bought it from my aunt and uncle... I still owe $1200 on it (out of $2000)
but nobody's worried about it.. soon as I get me a real job they'll get the money hehe.
My Bronco2 was bought with some money I borrowed from my older sister, which was paid back shortly after.
And now my truck payments are $349/mo... but it's only a 30 month loan, so that's why it's high.

As for music... a lot of different stuff. Some rap (a couple Eminem songs, some DMX), rock (AC/DC, Metallica, Disturbed, etc), heavy metal (White Zombie, Rob Zombie), and just too much to list

I let Jacob, a 2 year old, 'drive' my Explorer. I pushed the pedals and let him do all the steering by himself in an empty parking lot. It was fun. For the longest time all I ever heard when I saw him was 'Wanna drive John's truck!'. :D

hehe cute..... how did he do?

Surprisingly well. He is strong enough to turn the wheel on his own and he went where I told him to go when he needed a little help with deciding.

he drives better then my 16 year old friend:rollseyes:

Im not 16 but I did pay for mine,
or am still paying after the mods...LOL

Guys, correction: I'm now 17 as of June 6th!
