I enjoy listening to country music and yes Garth Brooks "thunder rolls" is a good one to listen too. I like linkin park, godsmack, disturbed and that kind of stuff.

Ya know, when I read the title to this thread, I thought that it was going to be about something else.
Gimp, you're awesome. :-)

I can't remember the name of that song I like to listen to. I'll let you guys know when I remember.

I'll probably get flamed here but:

'Chumbawamba - Outsider' is an all time favorite for frequency responce.
Somewhat current favorites are:
'Destiny's Child - Independant Woman'
'Mya - Whatcha Gonna Do'
'Christina Aguilera, etc - Lady Marmalade'

Hmm. . . guess you could add a few songs off Britneys new album while we're at it. :)

Ok... If you have a system..... and the person with you has never been in your X before.... you have to play

JA RULE - "LETS RIDE"

Man, that song bumps hard. The bass goes for like 20 seconds. I felt like I was going to have a heart attack in my friends mustang.

LOL.... I told you!!!! Seriously... if you guys haven't heard this song in your X, find it... it's worth your time and it will scare the $h*t out of anyone in your truck!

I'm gonna have to go with the ols school Ice Cube and go with "Today was a Good Day".

leenjen-- go to www.download.com search limewire yer set... as fer my fav song to bump... I dunno, I've been w/o my system fer 3 months, and I have alot of music since then that I like that I've gotta try out... Someday, I will update, as to what I like the most...
Pete

I'm also putting in a vote for Black Sunshine by White Zombie. Also pretty much anything on any of his remix albums. Metallica seems to always have an insane bass drum that's good for killing your sub in one hard hit!!!

Bat Chain Puller - Captain Beefheart and the Magic Band

3-6 MAFIA! (all)
2 LIVE CREW (hoochie mamma)

If you want to completely kill any hearing you have, hoochie mamma will do it.

I HATE country music in any car with any kind of sub in it. Even listening to the radio with one of my parents (thats all I can listen to while they're in the car) even with the stock sub, its horrible :( Seems like on all the songs theres no bass at all, just a constant *buuuuuuuurrrrrrrrrrrr* sound, ugh. Linkin Park does have some bass on songs like 'By Myself'. Ja Rule has a lot of bass too. I used to think Nelly had the most bass ever (that i'd heard) but I'm fixed on Ambassador.

the line I quoted was 2pac from the "all eyez on me" disc. B.I.G., Santana, "raise up", "Bia Bia",and "Set it off in this mutha" all get play in my truck. Can't forget Mr Bob Marley, AND for you non hip hop heads... the donward spiral, Back in black, dark side of the moon, twilight (smashing pumpkins). AND if i took the title this thread literally..."Moments in Love", Al Green, Jodeci, R. Kelly, and H-town (remember them heheh...)

Wow, there IS someone who still actually listens to Floyd.

Anything by Van Halen, with Dave or Sammy. Gary just sucked!

the glory soundtrack, the song that's being played in the main battle scene. It thumps and its got a good flow :).
Ok, its not rap, theres not a single word in it, but it sounds cool on my system :).

Please tell me I'm not the only one on here that listens to Tenacious D (The Greatest Band In The World). They kick ass. Anyways, the songs I listed were just songs I play to show off my sub and all. Mainly I listen to Bush, Incubus, Oasis, Pink Floyd, Pennywise,Dave Matthews Band, Frank Sinatra, Staind, Metallica, Weezer, Tenacious D, Garth Brooks, Coldplay, and I listened to Linkin Park a while ago like over the sumer but I thnk I wore them out cause their music is getting annoying now. I am downloading that Ja Rule song now so I can test it out later this week when I have enough songs to put on a cd.

Stann is correct, hoochi mamma (big booty hoes) is probably the hardest hitting song i have heard...other favorites are:

ja rule----lets ride

lil jon ft. gangsta boo-----bia bia (go about 2:50 into the song and u wil here the nicest bass)

mest-----cadillac

lil wayne-----f*** with me now

big tymers-----#1 stunna and get your roll on

trick daddy-----take it to da house

all are quite nice :)

I did a search for Plummet on my Grokster and i couldnt help but notice that the artist that does this song is Plumb. Where did plummet come from? Plumb is a christian group or female artist and they (or she) have some pretty awesome songs on their (or her) album. I love the Damaged(808 mix). its such a sweet song. i think i can live with the Florida remix. its good to see christian artists gettin some props for their works. JESUS SAVES!!!
