Has anyone used Z Max oil additive ? It comes with an oil and gas additives. Since my X is E85 flex fuel, will the additive for gasoline damage any parts since it does not mention anything about E85 on their product?

SNAKE OIL!!! All it is, is colored mineral oil. It does absolutely nothing, regardless of what the ads say. Definitely save your money. A good synthetic oil such as Pennzoil Platinum, Schaeffer's, or Red Line will do much more to help ensure a long-running engine than these bottles of garbage ever will.

Take a look at this:

BTW, no injector cleaner suitable for gasoline engines will harm the injectors or fuel system of a Flexible Fuel Vehicle. The fuel systems in the FFVs are built to withstand more than their gasoline-only counterparts.
If you have E85 near you, a couple tanks of it will do everything that an off-the-shelf additive will. My favorite fuel system treatments, if you feel you have to use one, are Gumout's Total Fuel System Cleaner (the old Regane formula), Chevron's Techron concentrate, and Fuel Power FP60 from www.lubecontrol.com
