Z06 exhaust bypass

Okay so at work we have this astro van, and it has this vacuum operated exhaust bypass. Said he pulled it off a vett cause they come stock. Any ideas where i can find something to do this? i just moved to chicago and checked craigslist but theres not much. or any other ways to do this?

its so cool lol you just push a button and you get dumped exhaust.

can anyone tell me what diameter pipes i have on my '00 5.0 xlt?
