I am selling my shop manuals that I bought for my explorer. They're in used, very used condition, but the pages are for the most part in pretty good shape. These books are very expensive new, so get them for a good deal at $60 for both the Powertrain/drivetrain AND the Body/Chassis manuals. PM me or email nikbait@yahoo.com.
I bought a parts truck that had a RC 4" lift on it (I already have Duff). The used kit is for sale $200 plus shipping. This kit includes Drop Pitman arm (Pretty sure it came with one but it might be in the Moab parts box) Sway bar drop brackets (one is FUBAR'd as a wheel came off on the previous owner) Beam pivot drop brackets (full bracket, not the plate extension) Radius arm drop brackets AAL's (currently mounted in a leaf pack, I can pull them out to reduce shipping) 4" lift coils Shocks I will try to include the nut and bolts but the buyer should consider new grade 8 hardware. Install instruction here; http://www.tuffcountry.com/NewFiles/24860.pdf Recommended but not included; Extended brake lines
I have an Amsoil EAO15 Oil Filter, the Fram PH8A / Wix 51515 equivalent. Rated up for 25,000 Miles New in Box, filter is still sealed in plastic. $16 USD plus shipping. It costs me $8 to ship to the US so it would be $24 USD shipped anywhere to USA If you're in Canada its $22CAD PM me for cost to ship within Canada with your Postal Code Local pickup available around the Metro Vancouver Area in BC
Looking to get rid of these torsion bars that originally came off a 4x4 Sport Trac, and I've been running on my Mountaineer for about 4 years. #1 torsion bars are the stiffest available. They have seen a lot of off road use so they may be sagged a bit. $20 bucks, I would prefer someone local to pick them up but will ship on buyer's dime. If they don't sell in a couple of weeks, they'll go to the scrap metal guy.
Stiffest load rating available from ford. For all those Gen 2 Explorers out there. And Rangers too. Posting to see if there is any interest in these guys. I bought they directly from FORD (New) and they were on my truck for a month before I did the Coilover conversion. They cost me $300. But I will accept offers, I know I wont get that much or near that much, so throw out an offer. Due to the weight and dimensions a local buyer is preferred but not a must.
During the trails at Moab, my torsion bars showed what they were made of, which is apparently a stiff form of silly putty, and made wheeling very... interesting. I need the "F" or "1" torsion bars to get Red back to the proper height. Let me know if you have what I need. I need them shipped to 77477 or local pickup.
