First Time Sync owner trying to learn

We just got our Explorer today. Been reading a head of time. But reading and using this Sync system is not the same. I am a tech person. My wife is OK with Tech and this is her SUV. I am trying to learn Sync and teach her it also. Is there a good place to just learn the system? Not finding it on the Ford site. Just not finding a lot of it very intuitive. Got the WiFi setup and got her phone synced. Having a harder time getting down apps and what is available.
