How do you remove the heater core on a 1998 Ranger?

I need to replace heater core in a 1998 Ford Ranger.
How difficult is it to remove dash board? Where can I find detailed info inculding pics on this process? Real Time Labor gives 7.5 hrs.

You should not need to pull the dash. Open the glove box, remove the door. Then you should be able to access it no problem

Holy Moly.. Thats a lot of work to replace the heater core. I've heard of some vehicles that required pulling the dash, but I never saw one..
