  • Hello to all,
i have a question that i know will be answered here. I have an 05 exp that is making a grinding noise. i took it to the dealership two years ago and they told me the wheel bearings were loose and just had to be tightened; now the noise is back! are the wheel bearings the same as the hub bearing or are they 2 different things?
Hello to all, i have a question which i hope you can help me with. I have an 05 Explorer Limited V8. I recently changed the spark plugs at 84K miles; I decided to do it myself because the dealership wouldve charged me over 700 doll so for about 40 dollars I was able to do it myself.I cleaned the throtle body, changed the fuel filter, and recharged the air filter. The vehicle runs a high on the RPM side and when I come to a complete stop, it sits on 1k RPM then suddenly drops to 600 RPM's abruptly. The fuel economy sucks more now than before! I took off all the spark plugs to ensure they are gapped correctly and they are. I should also add that the first time I ran it after the spark plug change, the truck turned off on me as I was going down a hill, i placed it on nuetral and turned it on; it hasnt happened since. The break pads need to be replaced because I need to press harder on the breaks to make it stop.... help please!
