i have a turbo 4.0 .... no turbo lag ... you cannot run over 10 psi before you blow the headgaskets .... the turbo is from a buick grand national ... bought it on e-bay already rebuilt for less then 300.00 shipped ... at 10 psi it it runs corrected 13.70@104, no intercooler but i did have water...

you cannot use the 91 wiring harness for the 5.0 swap ... the 5.0 injectors fire individually and has 4 o2 sensors and the 91 the injecors fire 3 at a time, rightside then leftside etc .... and has only 1 o2 sensor and many more differences ... the wiring has to be redone to match the 5.0

if you are stock you won't need anything bigger than 70mm ... if you plan on forced induction then the 75 mm would be better

you cannot splice both sides into one ... you could get a different computer that does have two o2 sensors ... you could buy headers, since they do come with the y pipe ... you could get a y pipe from a ranger, explorer at a wrecking yard ... or you could go to ww.rangerpowersports ...

the 91's only had one o2 sensor so which side would you hook up .... it would work until the side that didn't have the sensor had a feul problem
