    2WD 99' Explorer, Lift? ... Need Help.

definetly give a thought to the camburg ranger edge kit, its pretty good and a decent price as well (http://camburg.com/fordsprodEDGE.html) any ranger edge spindle lift will work and a torsion twist for the front as well.

Suspension lift options? Only Superlift and Trailmaster?

superlift and trailmaster are your basic drop bracket kits that will eventually need a new front driveshaft but not cv's. The rcd is a coil over conversion drop bracket kit.

Looking for a good lift. 6" in front and 4" in back

yes, the two wheel drive 2nd gen explorers also have the torsion bar set up. ALSO, the torsion twist after the superlift will require longer bolts. because of the drop diff and 4 inch steering knuckles the torsions will be maxed out before you can get additional lift (providing stiffness but...

    Superlift owners needed

the only thing will stop you is if the torsion bars are maxed out when you do the superlift. The drop bracket still uses the torsion twist, but the cv's will not be affected due to the lowered diff. It is possible yes, but you may just need longer torsion bolts

I am thinking of building a bumper for the front of my x. lifting her up, questions first

as far as the ride, the TT will just make it stiffer, you shouldnt notice drastic handling differences. As far as your gears go, you will probly notice a loss in pick up but just see how it goes first.

4x4 to extended bent i beams

there are 4wd long travel i beams, Mcneil makes a set that are 4" wider per side i believe. As far as shocks go with something in ur price range (king, racerunner, fox aer just a few) and there is no torsion bar on a beam, they use coils.
