did you try the second key?
have you tested your starter?

the chip inside the key may have went bad

No second key, did not have when purchased. Checked starter and alternator as well as all cables connecting.

So the original battery stopped working. You replaced it and all was good for 3 days and now it won't start again?

Maybe I'm way off, but did you try the security override button? Should be located by the hood or parking brake release. My Explorer has one, so did my F150. I've had to use it in both vehicles.

1st battery did not quit we just thought we would try a change, we have no security reset button in truck.
