CD Changer 6 disc Cartridge won't eject..help

Tried posting this in the audio forum, but had no bites...

I'm having trouble finding out why the CD changer on my sister's EB is not ejecting... the motor seems to be working, as there is a noise when you push the eject button... only nothing comes out.

I ran a search and couldn't find anything on here, so any help is greatly appreciated as always... Thanks!
-Marc

Are all 6 of the disks returned to the magazine? If not:

Shake the cartrige back and forth when it is in the cd changer.

If the disks are returned and the magazine does not come out:

You probably have a peny or something jammed in it. In this case you have to take it apart.
