hey anybody with a 92 donor vehicle have the outer stub spindle available? my truck has been down for two months! and i really am in a crisis situation!!!
i have tried ten dealerships here in ca and they don't have them, only the entire knuckle.

i have, but i live here in san diego, where off road rangers rule, and i beam front ends rarely even spend the night in a wrecking yard!!!! it's insane.

In the absence of a donor for a used part, I found that a Dana-Spicer distributor should be able to get spindles for you. Not sure why the dealer says they can't get it, my dealer said they could get it, but for 3x-4x the price as the local Dana-Spicer distributor. The local distributor here is www.sixstates.com, but I don't know if Ca is one of the "six" states. I would think you should be able to go to the Ford dealer and ask them who the local distributor is and they should be able to tell you. That's how I found them.

There are a couple X's here in the local pick and pull. I could see how much they want for one. I think around $100. Is it driver or passenger side? Would you like me to check?

You can also look through car-parts.com You may be able to find it in a yard somewhat close.. and some yards have 800 #s and will ship.

Hey you do want it ABS capable correct? I believe I've found one. All the other were NOT ABS capable.
