I put in after market headlight in my 01 Sport Trac and was told I did not need the wiring harnes upgrade. However, The new lights melted both bulb sockets and so now I spliced on the upgraded sockets, but have no power to the wires. The fuse # 27 DRL also controls my overdrive off button and reverse lights now blows as soon as I replace it. I have followed the wires back from the lights and cant find any interuptions or melting. What is my next step? Where can I get a wiring schematic? PLEASE HELP! already got 2 tickets, for driving without headlights. Fog lights work tho.? Help.
