need to replace power window motor

Can anyone point me to the instructions on how to pull the door panel off of my car and replace the power window motor?

Did you ever figure out how to replace your power window motor? My driver's window recently failed (cables became disconnected inside the door causing a crunching noise when activating the switch in either up or down mode).
Two weeks later, my rear driver's side did the same thing. Now I have wood wedges holding my windows up until I go to junkyard and pull motors from another explorer.
I'm more worried about getting the cables hooked up correctly inside the door.
