i was looking inside driver door and i can figure out the gear ratio in my rear diff

Are you telling us you know how to find the ratio or are you asking how to find this? I've heard the 4.0 auto trans have a 3.73 and the manuals have the 3.54

look under the axle code on the sticker then check out this site:

So can I; however, I think you ment to say you couldn't. Don't feel bad, we all have to learn sometime.

Get the axel code and then go to http://www.users.qwest.net/~ntrpriz/Axle.htm; there you will find what you seek.

For example" code D2 = a limited slip 4.10
