Fuel tank puking fuel out filler tube.

I can't fill my 2002 Explorer XLS at a normal pace at the pump. If I fill at a normal pace it clicks the pump off like its full. Then it will start puking gas back out. The tank is not leaking and I just replaced the filter. Its been doing this for about 6 months now and I'm sick of spending 20 minutes at the pump. I have been all around the tank trying to see if there was a plugged vent. No luck. I don't want to replace the tank, lots of $$$. Thanks for any help.

check the filler neck, disconnect from the tank, if nothing is in it. look through it, so take the metal part out 3 bolts around the cap and the hose. and look through them if nothing is obstruction

replace

fuel pump the assembly not the "pump" only like aftermarket sell. it has a vapor release valve that gets stuck causing no air out while fueling and a click off at the pump.
