01 ST -NO cruise or horn

My cruise control was working fine until a week ago.The hor was sounding like it was dying for awhile noe.The other day the horn and cruise control stopped working all together.Is this a symptom of a bad clock spring that every one talks about?Or something else?The horn wont even work when I lock and unlock the truck with the key fob.

im just gonna take a wild stab at it, but did you check the fuse? im not really sure if this is a viable answer but it would be the first thing i would check.

X2 see if the horn fuse blew,is the airbag light on? If you loose the clockspring, it'll trigger the airbag light and alot of times you'll loose the cruise control.

If any lights are on,like check engine or airbag see if you can pull the codes on them.Autozone does it for free.
