Bought the truck in the winter time so I assumed the AC worked because everything else worked ( its loaded with every option ).... but it dosnt
I recharged the system today with some r134a. At first the compressor would kick on then off with in a few seconds and so on. Then When I got home I tried again and charged it some more. The compressor seems to stay on now, and when I look down I can see the clutch spin and stop spinning when it kicks off.
So now I go into the truck and turn it up to high for a while. The vents still blow hot air on the driver side, and the passanger vent closest to the door is blowing cold air.
I did check the blend door ( behind the glove box ) and It opens and closes when I press the recirculation button.
What can I do/check to make it cold again?
