- 2007 Mercury Mountaineer
Hello everyone. I have a 2007 Mercury Mountaineer with the electronic climate control (dual zones). For about the last couple seasons, when I turn on the AC, it'll blow hot air on the passenger side and cold conditioned air on the drivers side. If I turn off the automatic climate control, and set the temp to it's lowest setting, I can usually get it to blow cold air on both sides. This winter I replaced the computerized climate control module and the blower motor. I'm still getting the same issue, maybe worse now.
Before I tear it apart and start throwing parts on it, I was wondering what someone did or what someone would recommend first. Maybe it's the blend door actuator? Or the door itself is stuck? I've read to check the coolant, which I'll do. Any further thoughts or ideas are very welcome.
