1992 Explorer EB 2WD Tires and Rims

I'm considering changing out my 235/75/15 tires and rims with newer 2002 235/70/16 tires and rims. I checked one of the tire-size calculators online and found the dimensions to be very close, however I don't know about the offset factor? Will the newer tires and rims fit ok?? :usa:
