My Check Engine Light sometimes comes on, what is the recommended way to figure out what is wrong? Being a 95 it does not have an obd2 port.
I sometimes experience a low idle, it may stall if I can't get it moving soon enough after starting. Also, it is worth noting that it has not had its spark plugs changed in 200,000 miles(possibly related?).
Thank you in advance!

If it's been neglected there may be several things that need done, spark plugs and wires, fuel filter, air filter, clean MAF sensor, clean or replace IAC, but as swshawaii linked, the OBD codes are the first step.

Either way, yeah you should change the plugs and wires. That is also a handy time to do cylinder compression testing. Autozone, Advance Auto and possibly other parts stores have a loaner compression gauge if you don't have one.
